Mr & Mrs. Bryan Neal - I didn't complete mine yet, but I signed in and it said the credit was added to my account.
Did you sign up for an account? If so, go to "my account" once you sign in and it should show your book credit. Since I didn't complete my book yet, I'm not sure what the check-out process is like. I hope this helps.
There is no credit for the book in "my account"! You don't have to enter a coupon or anything ... it's just for anybody!?

it doesn't show up until the end, right before you click to order. confusing, right? So go you go through, add your address and your billing (you pay shipping and tax, mine with nys tax ended up $7.58) and then at the final page before clicking the order button, it automatically shows the credit.
