Psychologists used to think that babies weren't capable of lying until they reached four-years-old. Now, behavioral experts believe infants can master the fine art of fibbing as early as six months. According to studies of more than 50 children and interviews with parents, infants quickly found that using tactics such as fake crying and pretend laughing could win them attention.
